🛑 MMA Refund & Cancellation Policy
By enrolling in MMA (Manifesting Miracles Academy), you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:

No Refunds on Monthly Memberships (Digital Access Model)
Due to the digital nature of our membership and the immediate access to recordings, workbooks, and our active community, we do not offer refunds for monthly memberships—regardless of attendance or usage. Once a new billing cycle begins, your access is active for the month and non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription on time.

Cancel Anytime – No Future Charges
You are free to cancel your monthly membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle—you will not be charged again, but your access will remain until your current month ends.

Annual Plan Refunds: Prorated Upon Request
If you are on a yearly subscription and request a cancellation, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. We will deduct the number of months used (billed at the regular monthly rate) from your annual fee and refund the remaining balance.

Non-Attendance Is Not Grounds for Refund
MMA offers from 4 up to 8–10 live sessions per month, full access to the community, weekly workbooks, and all replays on demand. Your membership covers the delivery of this access—not your attendance. Not using the materials or skipping live events does not qualify for a refund.

All Materials Are Delivered As Promised, With Replay Access
Our content includes spiritual workshops, hypnosis journeys, full moon rituals, and energy sessions. Every member (according to each level) receives immediate access to: Weekly and monthly LIVE sessions All past replays since January Workshops & Energy sessions Dozens of exclusive MMA workbooks A 24-7 private community space for support Because these resources are fully available and accessible at all times, refunds are not granted based on personal engagement.

Most of our offers are digital or uses reserved time, so refunds are limited:

General Rules (applies to everything)
-No refunds just because you changed your mind, didn’t like the results, didn’t finish, or didn’t show up. -Results depend on your own effort — we can’t promise specific outcomes. If we give a refund, it goes back to how you paid (minus any fees like Thinkific or Stripe). -We take 10–14 business days to process refunds. -If you do a chargeback without talking to us first, we may turn off your access and try to get the money back. -Taxes are not included in listed prices and vary by jurisdiction. -Email us at [email protected] if you have questions — we answer fast.

Digital courses, downloads, memberships:
No refunds once you get access (videos, workbooks, community open right away). Non-attendance or non-engagement is not grounds for refund — your payment pays for us delivering the access, not for you showing up or using it. Cancel monthly plans anytime — no more charges after this month. Yearly plans may get prorated refund on unused months.

Live short classes & group programs:
-We prepare everything for the live group — time is saved just for the people who join. -No refunds after the first class starts or materials are shared. -If you cancel before it begins, check the sales page — we sometimes allow a partial refund. -Missed a class, Non-attendance or non-engagement is not grounds for refund — we deliver the sessions and replays, payment covers that delivery. — replays are usually available. -Pay in full or payment plan: full price is still owed even if you cancel after it starts.

One-on-one coaching:
Deposits and payments are non-refundable — we save special time just for you. -Pay in full or payment plan: full price is owed once we start. -Change or cancel a session: More than 14 days before: OK to move it (if Michelle has time) or get credit. -7–14 days before: Small fee ($50–$100) to change — no refund. -Less than 7 days or no-show: Session gone — no money back. -Full package and One-on-one Programs: No refund for sessions already done. If you stop early, pay any leftover on payment plan.

In-person retreats & events:
Deposits are non-refundable (First payment is considered Deposit) — pays for the place and planning. Full payment due 30–60 days before (check your offer). If you cancel: 60+ days before: 50% refund (minus deposit). 30–59 days before: 25% refund (minus deposit). Less than 30 days: No refund. We may give credit for a future event instead of money. If we cancel (low sign-ups, bad weather, sickness, etc.): full refund or credit to another event — your choice. We’re not responsible for your travel, hotel, or extra costs.

Payment Plans (pay monthly over time – up to 18 months)
-When you choose monthly payments, you promise to pay the full price. Taxes are not included in listed prices and vary by jurisdiction. -It’s not “pay only for what you use” — it covers the whole program. -If you cancel: payments stop, but you still owe any money left for what we already gave (classes, sessions, materials). -We may send you a bill for the rest. -Best choice: pay in full if you can — it’s easier and no surprises.

Special Deals & Discounts (Black Friday, 50% off, free bonuses, gift spots, flash sales, etc.)
-These are extra cheap or come with free extras. -No refunds at all — final sale. -Even if you get a bonus (free class, extra person, etc.), it doesn’t get refunded separately. -Once you buy, it’s yours — no money back for any reason unless we say so on that exact sales page.
