🛑 Soul Contract 2026 Refund & Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in Soul Contract 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding program participation, cancellations, and refunds.

  • 🚫 No Refunds — Year-Long Commitment

    Soul Contract 2026 is a year-long immersive program with immediate access to proprietary materials, live sessions, and digital resources. Due to the high-touch, customized, and digital nature of this experience, no refunds will be granted—regardless of attendance, engagement level, or payment method. Each participant receives access to recordings, workbooks, replays, and materials according to their enrollment tier (A, B, or C). You are responsible for honoring your full financial and energetic commitment to this container.

  • 🧭 No Refunds for Non-Attendance or Partial Participation

    Soul Contract 2026 requires dedication and consistency. Not attending live sessions, choosing not to participate, or deciding mid-year that the program is “not the right time” does not qualify for a refund or partial credit. You are enrolling with full awareness of the year-long timeline, structure, and accountability system. Every student receives full access to replays, materials, and the group resources for their tier throughout the program duration.

  • 🎥 All Materials Are Delivered as Promised, with Replay Access

    Each tier (A, B, or C) includes a combination of: -Live workshops and group sessions -Recorded content (videos, audios, workbooks) -Exclusive access to ongoing digital materials Even if you cannot attend live, all materials are recorded and accessible through your student portal. Because these resources remain fully available at all times, refunds are not granted based on personal attendance or engagement.

    Soul Contract 2026 assigns accountability partners and small groups based on the final number of participants. This is a collective energetic container, and dropping out mid-program disrupts the flow for others. By enrolling, you commit to maintaining your participation to the best of your ability — honoring both your own growth and the group energy.

  • 🔁 Cancel Anytime — No Future Charges (Monthly Plans Only)

    If you are on a monthly payment plan and wish to cancel future billing, you may do so at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access through your current paid month, but no refunds or adjustments will be made for prior charges.
